Job Title: Alliance Manager – Cloud Partnerships

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alliance Building: Identify potential cloud service partners and develop strategic relationships that align with the company’s goals. Engage with senior stakeholders to negotiate partnership agreements that provide mutual benefits.
- Program Management: Design and implement programs that integrate partner technologies and services into our offerings. Manage all phases of the partnership lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure the successful integration and
promotion of partner solutions. Facilitate joint marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives with partners. - Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in cloud services. Leverage insights to refine partnership strategies and innovate our service offerings.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of partnerships. Report on partnership performance to senior
management, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Training and Enablement: Coordinate with partners to arrange training sessions for sales and technical teams, ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date knowledge
about partner technologies and solutions. - Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all partnership activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Promote best practices in partnership management across the organization.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in alliance or partnership management, preferably in the IT or cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and other events.
