Job Title: Sr.Test Engineer
Experience Level: 5+ years

Projects Related
Should be able to work on Devices & Embedded Software’s Validation.
Required Competencies
- Strong Experience in Manual Testing including Testing Types, Testing Techniques, Test Levels, Test Process etc.
- Strong Experience in Automation Testing with Python Scripting .
- Hands on experience with bug tracking systems & Test Management tools.
- Extensive experience in analyzing the requirements and Designing the Test Scenarios & Test Cases.
- Good Experience in Agile Environment/SCRUM Process.
- Basic Knowledge on Unified Audio/Video Conferencing solutions.
- Experience with any one operating system would be an added advantage. Windows or Mac.
Technical Skill Set / Competencies - Strong Exposure to All Phases of SDLC & STLC.
- Experience in Functional, System & Integration testing.
- Good exposure to Python Language & Scripting.
- Basic Knowledge of Audio/Video domain (Unified Communications).
- Good exposure to Video parameters like, Resolution, Frame Rate, Frame Format etc.
- Working knowledge on Video Conferencing applications like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet & Cisco WebEx etc.
- Basic understanding of Video Codecs like H.264 is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Display, IP Phones, Mobile Handset testing and debugging is an added advantage
- Knowledge on Android logcat, JTAG, MIPI, I2C or ISP is an added advantage
- Good to have certification in ISTQB. But NOT mandatory
- Knowledge on testing of any Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning based applications is an added advantage.
Professional/Education Competencies
Degree in BE/MCA with Excellent grades from reputed colleges
Behavioral Competencies - Collaboration with Cross functional teams in different time zones with Good Communication Skills (Both Verbal & Written)
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new products/skills quickly.
- Ability to work in team-oriented environment with minimal supervision & multi-task.
