Job Description:
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
- The candidate should help with the L&D Analytics and training metrics
- Smart and Swift in coordination
- The candidate should be confident & have the willingness to help on campus with corporate training activities, LMS implementation, interns & Freshers management.
- Conducting Training Programs and connecting with GDC Managers.
- Participate in the monthly connects with managers to know the training requirements for the coming months for project allocation and maintaining the MoM.
- Tracking the attendance & recordings of the technical sessions.
- Conducting New Employee Orientation Programs and Training Sessions for Employee Growth.
- Creating learning plans on LMS
- Assigning the learning plans to employees on a need basis.
- Generating reports from LMS to know about the employee learning on a need basis.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Dedicated and willing to take ownership.
