About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solution Architect with extensive experience in product development to drive end-to-end solution design, architecture strategy, and product innovation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture s Design
   1. Design and implement scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions for complex systems and applications.
   1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture.
   1. Provide technical leadership for product development teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.

2.     Product Development Leadership

• Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with product vision and market trends.
  • Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, using agile and DevOps practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and technologies for product innovation.
• Technical Expertise
  • Drive architecture decisions in areas like microservices, cloud computing, distributed systems, and API development.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

4.     Collaboration and Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and QA to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Mentor engineering teams to develop expertise in architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices.

5.     Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for product and business improvement.
  • Introduce architectural improvements and technical innovation to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, including at least 8 years in a solution architecture role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-grade products and platforms.

·        Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, .NET.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Expertise in architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless).
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
  • Hands-on experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.

         Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Big Data platforms.
