Information Collection#

From the information we collect generally, the only information that Motivity Labs collects about you is that which you provide us voluntarily. We record the e-mail address of those who communicate with us through e-mail.

If you register your e-mail address with us, you may periodically receive mailings from us with information about new products and services, or about upcoming events. Any personally identifiable information that you provide to us will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as authorised by you or as required by law.

If you are simply visiting or navigating our Website, Motivity Labs will not collect, sell, or share any of your personally identifiable information. Our web server collects anonymous data such as domain names and IP addresses, which we use for statistical and security purposes.

Future Use#

We may, in the future, use customer information for unanticipated uses not previously disclosed.

Information Sharing#

Unless your prior consent has been obtained, Motivity Labs will not provide your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose your information where we are required to do so by law, or where we cooperate with government or law enforcement entities and obtaining your consent would impede the conduct of official business.

We take precautions to ensure that the information you submit to us via the web is as secure as reasonably possible from unauthorized use or access. We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard that information.

Please note that the web is an open system; therefore, while we take measures to protect your information once it has been submitted to us, we cannot guarantee the security of e-mails sent to us while they are in transit.
