What we did:
Focussing on clients objective of wanting a low-cost report development in which they want to know the average duration, total cars in the different stages, car count for different dealers in which the user can access the report day wise, month wise and year wise, we at Motivity Labs did the following in a step to step execution
Step 1: Developing a new report with Power Bi using the data source.
Step 2: Emphasising on communications throughout both the design and delivery.
Step 3: Delivering a detailed Requirements document, together with an Architectural Design document denoting the different components and the relevant communications between the components.
Step 4: Applying the planning documents and developed the solution using Power Bi Desktop, SSMS (Sql Server Management Studio) successfully.
Optimum results were achieved. The Principles were pleased with both the process and the ultimate solution. The report came in on budget and was delivered on time. The report was developed using the latest software version, with an attractive and interactive report to meet client requirements.
